Junior Co-Chairs Needed
There are openings for the following Junior Class parent volunteers.
Most of these positions shadow this year’s parent volunteers, and then lead that area for the 2018 party.
Junior Chair – this individual or co-chairs will lead the party for the 2018 class.
The roadmap is well documented and the responsibilities are to coordinate all the committee chairs and provide guidance for the team. The Junior chair(s) also manage the party for the first shift of the 2017 party until the Seniors and the Senior Party Chairs arrive after graduation.
Communications – manage the communication activity for the party including the website and social media.
Registration – work with communications on the registration forms and website. Hand out wristbands on last day of school.
Clean-up – coordinate a team of volunteers to arrive at the party at 3am to help clean-up of the party and work alongside facilities staff to ensure items are returned to storage.
Standouts – coordinate the collection and set-up of the senior standouts that decorate the halls of the school for the senior party.
First Aid – we need of a nurse or medical professional to work the first and second shift of the party in First Aid.
